| How does it work? | We buy directly from you using an open, safe and professional process. The condition of the item does not matter and the gold is tested and valued in front of you. Once the value has been determined the gold smart representative will offer you a cash price (paid in cheque) based on weight, carat and current market price. |

| What happens to the stones in the Jewellery? | Diamonds and precious stones have value and gold smart can purchase any loose or set quality diamonds you wish to sell. Any precious stones or diamonds you don't wish to sell can be removed and returned to you. |

| Can I bring my gold to gold smart in person? | Yes. We have a gold smart walk-in location in Central Auckland - making it easy for you to sell gold. Please contact us using the Gold Forms and a representative will be in touch. Confidentiality and discretion is assured. |
| How do I send my old gold jewellery to you? | Simply complete any one of the gold smart Gold Forms and tick the box that says "Yes, send me a Gold Smart Courier Pack". When you receive your Pack, place your items and completed form into the courier bag and send it back to gold smart - it's that simple!
When gold smart receives your Insured Courier Pack we will check the contents, test and weigh the gold. The price will then be confirmed with you and payment processed the same day. If you do not wish to sell your gold, gold smart will return the items to you as is. |
